Mold & Moisture Solutions

"The key to mold control is moisture control. Solve moisture problems before they become mold problems."

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency,Mold Remediation in Schools and Commercial Buildings, March 2001

Effectively controlling moisture requires careful planning at all stages of the building process, from architectural design and materials selection through the construction process to a lifelong practice of consistent, thorough maintenance. This systems approach to managing water is the only certain strategy for preventing mold; products alone, even those featuring anti-microbial treatments, cannot control moisture or ensure that moisture-related problems will not lead to mold.
