These are difficult economic times with every industry and company being
impacted by the downturn. USG is adapting to the market conditions by taking
prudent steps to manage our inventory and overhead related to the FORTACRETE
Structural Panels business.
As a result, the Delavan, Wisconsin manufacturing plant will be idled and
will resume production as market conditions warrant. There is sufficient
inventory of FORTACRETE Structural panels to meet all current projects and our
commitments to you.
