A submittal package is your custom collection of MSDS and/or Data/Submittal Sheets from the USG.com Literature & Videos section. Once a submittal package has been created, you can:

1. Keep adding more documents to the submittal package.
2. Print out all the documents of a given submittal package in one click.
3. Download all the documents of a given submittal package as one zip file.
4. Send a message to the e-mail address of your choice featuring a link to your submittal package you can access anytime at your convenience.

To create a new submittal package:

1. If you are not already logged in, LOG IN using your Login ID and password.
2. Browse to the Literature & Videos section: Home > Products > Literature & Videos.
3. Select either Data/Submittal Sheets or MSDS from the drop-down selection.
4. For a desired document, click on add under the submittal package column.
5. A pop-in window will prompt you to create a new submittal package just by entering your desired package name in the provided text field and then clicking on the button. Your desired document will be inserted automatically in your newly created package, and you will be taken to the Submittal Package page.

To add to an existing submittal package:

1. If you are not already logged in, LOG IN using your Login ID and password.
2. Browse to the Literature & Videos section: Home > Products > Literature & Videos.
3. Select either Data/Submittal Sheets or MSDS from the drop-down selection.
4. For a desired document, click on add under the submittal package column.
5. A pop-in window will display. If you have already created the submittal package recently, its name will be displayed here; if it is an older package, click on Older submittal packages to be taken to the list and choose the pacakge on that screen.
6. Upon selecting the package of choice, your desired document from Literature & Videos page will be inserted into automatically, and you will be taken to the Submittal Package page.

To access your submittal package:

1. If you are not already logged in, LOG IN using your Login ID and password.
2. Browse to the My Submittal Packages section: Home > My Library > My Submittal Packages.
3. Select a submittal package name to view the documents of the package, as well as the options to Print, Download and E-mail the package.

As a reminder, you are always taken to the specific submittal package page when adding a document to the package.

After you add a document to a submittal package, you are taken to the Submittal Package page. This overview page will display the content of the given package and enable you to:

1. Rename your submittal package.
2. Add more documents to your package.
3. Delete one or multiple documents from your package.
4. Reorder the documents.
5. Print all the documents at once with one click.
6. Download all the documents as one zip file.
7. E-mail a message to the address of your choice containing a link to your submittal package to be accessed anytime at your convenience.

This overview page will also display a drop-down selection from which you can access all your other submittal packages too.
